Are you fed up wasting time on endless searches? Most people have to refine their searches several times before finding what they actually want. That's because today's search engines can only search for words, but they can't search for meaning.

SemantiFind enhances your existing search engine experience to save you time and deliver more meaningful results. It eliminates ambiguity, allows you to say things the way you want and helps filter out the noise from your existing search engine. And it does all this while you keep using your search engine of choice.

The Semantic Spotlight
Semanti Corp Launches ‘Semantic Spotlight’

Bruce Johnson - Sun Nov 02 22:30:40 MST 2008

Hello, and welcome to the inaugural post on Semantic Spotlight. Semantic Spotlight is where you can hear what we, and others, are thinking about all things “semantic search”. Each week we will post a handful of articles related to improving the way people find information on the web.

Some of the articles will obviously discuss SemantiFind but we want Semantic Spotlight to be much broader than this. We are hoping to spur on lively discussions about the pros and cons of all of the various approaches to semantic search. Is “people powered” search the way to go or is Natural Language Processing going to be the inevitable victor?

We know there are heated opinions on all sides and so we encourage you to weigh in with your comments or even submit your own articles by emailing them to [email protected].

So, in addition to hearing from me and others on the SemantiFind team, you’ll be able to see what your fellow pioneers in the quest for better search are thinking. And we believe that by encouraging debate and listening to what you say we will be able to continuously improve and evolve what we do. So I’d like to thank you in anticipation of your continued feedback and input to the Semantic Spotlight.
